Marybeth McConnell
Owner of Healthy Glass, LLC
Healthy Glass is a NYS-WBE as well as Nationally Certified and is the choice window film company in Upstate NY. She is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor's Degree and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Rochester and an AIA certified trainer.
Her business focuses specifically on Custom Film, large frost/privacy film projects such as health care, as well as large high rises for UV film, like the old Xerox tower in Rochester. Healthy Glass is the leading provider of security film for schools, churches and synagogues.
Founded in 2012 by Bill McConnell, Healthy Glass, LLC, a premier window film installation business, was restructured in 2016 as a WBE/Women-Owned Small Business after Bill suffered major injuries due to a severe car accident. The construction industry was familiar to Marybeth, as she grew up around construction sites and learned much about the industry through hearing her father talk about projects he was a part of at Bell Corp. in Rochester.
At Healthy Glass, we believe that customers deserve to be well-educated about our services and offerings before on-site estimating and purchasing take place. We take pride in helping our customers protect their investments one window at a time.
When Marybeth isn't on a project, she loves hanging out with her family and playing with her boys.
Bill Harbeson
Director of Energy Initiatives for CAPSTAN
If there’s one thing Bill Harbeson knows, it’s construction. He started by installing HVAC after high school, spent years in construction management, and smoothly transitioned to tax consulting with a construction focus. Bill attributes part of his success to the sheer volume of Energy Studies he’s overseen in the last decade – he’s seen every scenario, addressed every nuance, and left no dollar behind. But more than that, Bill believes in a client-centric approach, striving to create the positive service experiences that taxpayers – and tax professionals — deserve.
